Topic: What’s Next for the Stock Market?
The U.S. equity market has many perplexed; the Fed is seemingly chomping at the bit to raise rates one week, then sanguine the next. Indexes are at or near new highs, yet fundamental investors grumble that valuations don’t support the price action. Are the Fed’s actions really important to equity investors? If not the Fed, then what is likely to derail the markets in the coming months? Why is it that all the “crap” goes up while “good companies” languish near their 52-week lows? And finally, why should investors pay special attention to relative strength?
David Nicoski, Chief Equity Strategist of Vermilion Research, will provide answers to these important questions and share his outlook on U.S. equity markets.
